Please read the instructions carefully before sending any tyre for claim adjustment.

Required Information (Mandatory Before Sending)
Before dispatching the tyre, you must provide:

Clear Photo of the Tyre Fitted on the Rim

The tyre must be attached to the rim.

The full wheel and rim must be clearly visible.

Take the photo from a slight distance.

⚠ Claims will NOT be processed without the above information.
❌ Important Restrictions

Do NOT send blast tyres.
Blast tyres are not eligible for claim.
If unsure, send a clear photo first for confirmation. -
Do NOT send tyres manufactured in 2022 or earlier.
Only air-retaining tyres manufactured in 2023, 2024, or 2025 are eligible for claim.
Please verify using the tyre serial/DOT number before sending.

Special Note for Air-Leakage Claims
For air-retaining tyres, a clear photo showing the tyre inflated while fitted on the rim is mandatory.
No claim will be accepted without this rim-fitted, inflated tyre photo.
If a tyre is sent without prior photo confirmation, the claim will not be processed and no responsibility will be taken.
